Self-cleaning – without interruption
Water flows through the filter element from inside to outside. Dirt particles remain on the inner screen – and are automatically removed.
Filtration
Raw water flows through the screen element from inside to outside. Dirt particles remain inside and form a filter cake. The differential pressure rises continuously.

Filter Cake Formation
The retained particles form a filter cake on the inner screen. The differential pressure rises until the set threshold is reached – then self-cleaning starts automatically.

Self-cleaning
When the differential pressure is reached, the flush valve opens. The motor rotates the suction nozzles in a spiral pattern along the inner screen – the vacuum precisely removes the filter cake.

- Only 30 seconds flush time and minimal backwash volume

Heat Exchanger Protection
Also suitable for systems with low line pressure
Our self-cleaning filters protect heat exchangers from clogging and corrosion, even at low line pressure. For automatic self-cleaning, we integrated a small separate pump here that temporarily increases the flush pressure in the filter housing.

Suspended Dual Filter Installation
Redundant filtration at high flow rates
Two parallel aquaPROFI AP 7025 filters provide redundant filtration at high flow rates. The main cooling water flow is continuously filtered and the maximum particle size in the circuit can be guaranteed.

Easy Maintenance in Practice
Filter change without lifting tools in minutes
The AP 7025 in field use: The filter basket can be lifted from the housing without special tools. The generous design allows easy access to all components for inspection and maintenance. All without draining the system.
